The employee was good, but the service was too expensive for what was done 800 something dollars for lights, especially when the lights on online are $70 labor should not have raised the price that much

Tameron Hyundai is okay.... I've never had any dealings with them other than the service department and I have had problems with a particular employee last year and that's why I did not take the survey last year. But the service went much smoother this time around so I'll say everything went good...my only thing is a small place on the White Sonata had began to peel on the passenger side before my nephew and I could get the car out there and I brought it to Steve's attention and he told me that he'd inform you all but I noticed when we picked it up the spot (peel) was still there and he didn't mention anything but I didn't either because our State had some bad weather coming within the hour and we were trying to make it home and he mentioned he was about to head home himself.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Charges were a tad high, but we cked and they were in reason because of the kind of car we have. Thank you for the great service.

I brought my son’s car in for a recall fix and was told the work was completed. When I got there and question the ABS light, I was told it might go off and it might not. Theni was told one of the parts, that he said was completed was not in and when it came in I can come pick it up and I can put it in myself. Upon getting in the vehicle I saw the other piece sitting in my cup holder and it had not been put on either. I feel like the service I received was horrible and a waste of time.

Never used the service center. Purchased a used 2020 vehicle and it was supposed to be detailed and cleaned before I picked it up. I left it overnight and scheduled to pick it up the next morning. However, It was dirty and even had candy wrappers in the back seat when I returned the next day. Since I was from out of town, I didn’t wait again but had it cleaned when I returned home.

All of the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Anyia was very kind and tried her best to work with me. The vehicle I wanted and was working to purchase was sold to another customer, while I was on my way from 200 miles to complete the paperwork. This was very disappointing. But Aniya found a comparable vehicle and worked with to get the price at a cost I could accept. I was also told o could refinance with my bank to get a lower interest rate but my bank informed me that could not be done for 30 days after my purchase. Now my credit score will be lower and I may not get the great rate I was given initially by the bank. These are the only reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5.
