Service used to be impeccable. I called to get a quote on tires , with your current promo (4th tire for $1). The sales guy didn’t call me back after leaving two messages? He misquoted me so when I showed up the price was $250 more than quoted. Needless to say, I left without buying tires or an alignment for $189! This is my 3rd Genesis I have purchased and will be my last.

The place is always clean with a relaxing atmosphere. The techs meet you at your vehicle and review what is asked to be accomplished. While you are waiting you may get notified of services to make better(restore to 100%)or fix during the current session so you don't have to worry about them later.

Everytime you come to this dealership for service, they want to charge you $200 just to tell you what’s wrong. Then they come up with astronomical prices. $16,000 for a head gasket that doesn’t even need to be repaired. The radiator is brand new and wasn’t leaking. I think bc I’m a woman they tell me anything. Altogether, they wanted $27,000 to repair a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. No thank you.
