They’ve improved since I was last there years ago—the communication is better and the service process is more streamlined. I subtracted a star because their inspection report listed my wiper fluid pumps as fine when they actually didn’t work at all. Did they even check?? The report also said my alignment was good—then they texted and recommended an alignment. Makes me wonder how thoroughly they actually inspected my car. So far the work seems to be fine, albeit very, very expensive.
A little slow got to the dealership about 9:10 got my car back around 1:50

I took my Hyundai Ionic5 into Tameron for recall service. They were able to also perform the periodic maintenance while it was in the shop. They provided a courtesy shuttle to my home, which returned to pick me up when the car service was complete - EARLIER than promised! Service writer and shuttle driver were friendly and competent.

Always more found that needs to be done than anticipated. I appreciate suggestions for possible future repairs but a little pressure put on for immediate work. I was there tow days per my request but had to wait over an hour for new battery to be installed. I thought labor for installing battery was excessive. Waiting room very comfortable and snacks very nice to have!
