Strategic Vision's 2013 Total Quality Index Honors Hyundai Genesis

No matter which new Hyundai vehicle you choose, whether it be a hybrid or a traditional gasoline-powered model, you'll find a level of comfort and style above that of the competitors. Not to mention how fun and satisfying they are to drive. So when the folks over at Strategic Vision named the 2013 Hyundai Genesis sedan as the Best-in-Segment, at the top of the near-luxury car category, you can be sure that all of us here at Tameron Hyundai were throwing high-fives like they were going out of style.

Even better, Hyundai Motor Corporation, as a whole, tied for third place for Best Total Quality for an individual brand. This is certainly nothing to scoff at; the Total Quality Index is a measurement of overall satisfaction that new buyers have with their vehicles, from the joy of driving to the emotional connections created from the ownership experience. Results were taken from 17,568 buyers who were asked to rate several aspects of the experience of owning their 2013 model year vehicle, from September to November 2012.

Mike O'Brien, Vice President of Product and Corporate Planning at Hyundai Motor America, expressed his excitement for the honor as well as pride in his company. "Receiving a 2013 Strategic Vision Total Quality Index award is recognition of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We strive to give our customers the highest-quality products, delivered in a package which is both exciting and engaging to drive."1 You've certainly achieved your goals, Mr. O'Brien. Keep it up!
