Never used the service center. Purchased a used 2020 vehicle and it was supposed to be detailed and cleaned before I picked it up. I left it overnight and scheduled to pick it up the next morning. However, It was dirty and even had candy wrappers in the back seat when I returned the next day. Since I was from out of town, I didn’t wait again but had it cleaned when I returned home.

Then they said never mind they found the part and would get my car fixed only for them to come back and say that actually the technician went home so I could not get my car fixed and to come back tomorrow and I would receive a discount for the trouble. Steve Renalli is an A-ONE service manager. He was very polite, well mannered, knowledgeable and fun to deal with - don’t loose him. Waiting room is excellent and the chicken biscuits are a nice added touch to say nothing about the other snacks and drinks available.
